Embora ele tenha sido removido da secção criminal do Tribunal da Relação do Porto e colocado na secção civil do tribunal mencionado, isso claramente não foi suficiente.

A Portuguese judge changed his name when signing his legal judgments because of a polemic case he decided back in 2017.
Even though he was removed from the criminal department of the Porto Appeals Court and placed in the civil section of the mentioned court, that was clearly not enough.
